where have I been?
feeling very discouraged tonight, exhausted and a bit lost.
There is so much more that I need to say but cannot tonight. I am just too tired. Please note, and I say this because I never, never want to cause discouragement to the people at my church, this is not about an individual person or the community as a group. To say more would just cause confusion right now. I need to sleep and gather my words.
Love to all.
Immersed in the Mystery,
Cynthia
always darkest before the dawn. Really.
Found an interesting article today as I was writing for myspace (http://blog.myspace.com/tamsoriginals). If you’re feeling up to it, email me and I’ll send along a link.
cyndi…
back up to saturday and use that wonderful energy to express the encouragement you received… I know we had two different conversations going on… I’d like to hear more about your thoughts on saturday… and i’ll share mine!
love ya, seriously!
I was reading your bio on the left of your blog, and felt myself identifying with your most recent turn in the road — questioning organized church. I am at greater peace with the unsettling questions, and am giving myself permission to be where I am now. A book that helped me when I was feeling like the only one who was having problems with organized church as we know it today is “Revolution” by George Barna. You might want to check it out…but perhaps, you have already. I enjoy reading your blog. Thanks for being so transparent.
